(Rehab) 3/1 Rental Interior and Exterior Turn Around - Birmingham, AL 35208

Another great 3 bedroom 1 bath house I was able to pick up for 67,000 from a local agent in Birmingham that sources off market deals. The roof was in rough shape so it had to go. Other then the roof, it just needed a small interior turn around and paint on the outside since the cement fiber siding was still in good shape.
