A wild one! Off market deal that I was able to snag up for 55,000*. Over 1,600 sqft in a great neighborhood with what seemed like 15ft ceilings. Definitely a lot of work is needed with this one, but the area it's in (Tarrant) is one of the better areas I've found to buy units in due to the demand and leasing times.

This one definitely has some charm, plan for it is to re do the entire bathroom and bathroom subfloor, refinish the hardwood floors throughout the home, paint interior, new roof (soffits and fascia boards to be replaced as well), additional supports added under front of the porch area to address the sagging beam and a few more things to clean it up like power washing and touching up the siding.
